Hmmm hard to say without examining you... but could be a labrum tear. I think it's very unlikely that you tore any of the rotator cuff muscles.

keep us posted, good luck.

i had the same exact thing happen to me...i was diagnosed as having a pec minor strain..went to my chiro and had cold laser therapy, stim and ice, and also scapular adjustment... i also went lighter for a couple weeks on pressing movements and the pain is completely gone...if it was rotator cuff it would hurt with other movements like lateral flexion and rotation..a labrum tear would also be indicated by catching of the joint as well as an aching sensation...biceps tendinosis would be aggravated by using the biceps as well

Had to cancel my arthrogram and reschedule due to some work commitments....

In other news, I just got back from training chest tonight, avoided all exercises that hurt my shoulder, and used very good form, was a good intense work out with light-moderate weight.... Had NO pain at all!  Was happy about that!

Thanks everyone for your messages and for your tips... its posts like this that let me know there's more to GETBIG than just thong worshipping!

Id say its either semtex poisoning or overuse from pulling the yoke on all those flight simulators, embrace the western lifestyle and I think youll be fine in 2 months.

And by the way - that was FUNNY AS SHIT....  I laughed so hard because I got it!!!!!  ;D

LOL come on now, we all know any terrorist worth shit wouldn't use semtex, it's traceable, C4 is much better at being discrete.

This is my situation... tell me what you guys think.

It ONLY hurts with certain exercises like:  Bench Press, Military Press, Incline press, Machine Military press.  Other than that it doesn't hurt.

Stop pressing immediately. If it hurts, don't do it. Sounds like a rotator cuff strain. Rest it. When you get back, throw out the straight bar and use dumbells from now on. Do some light weight exercises for your rotator cuff as well.
