deadlifts  are weird, some people can somehow do huge amounts on this lift despite not being big.

The kid is strong and likely artificially small for a sport. Maybe wrestling? Either way very impressive lift. I see huge bodybuilders lifting 405 for a set of 8 and acting like they are moving the world. This kid could school them soon.

sometimes size is not an indicator of strength and vice versa...

reason being u wana be big, strong or lil of both and train accordingly.

some are built for show others built to go
