i know you guys like to bash me but my show is now basically to inform people out there proper training , diet, supplementation, not to rely on to much gear etc....to many guys i get emails from think gear is the answer to everything its not !

give me a chance, and listen to my show. youll see im turning a new leaf. and theres no hate, or shit talk. but a way to give back.

BTW Derek- if your creatinine was 2.3... I hope you dont take that lightly dude. a normal range is 0.8-1.0 and a bump of 1 point of your Cr is essentially the same as a decline in kidney function by 50%!!!!

If I were you, id d/c any of the nephrotoxic drugs you are on and follow up closely with a doctor!! Not cool bro, you are way too young to f up your kidneys!

I for one gotta give DA props for at least being honest with what he is doing. The guy admitted on his radio show that he does synthol, has hair plugs etc etc... Regardless of if its obvious or not, lot of guys out there would never admit to this kind of shit... so, he gets my props (no homo)

Oh and one other thing Derek- you mentioned you take St. Johns Wart- be careful dog, that drug is a potent enzyme inducer... Meaning it speeds up the enzymes of metabolism (CYP450's) that break down a lot of drugs... So, for example you mentioned you have hypertension, so I assume you take something for it? It's very possible that because of your St. Johns Wart, you are going to have to take a LARGER dose of your anti-hypertensive meds to get the same effect...

I had a friend on a bunch of meds, plus st johns wart and told me " ever since i started taking St. Johns Wart, ive had to increase the doses of my other drugs because i dont think they were working..." Answer- Enzyme induction, get off the St. Johns Wart. It's junk anyway...

-A DUB
