It wasn't too bad. Hot, humid, sticky, crowded. Saw some shims walking around at night, but not all crazy-like. People were very polite and the traffic moves at a fast pace. Flights suck, just too damn long to be cooped up in a plane.

I don't hate anybody but I dislike these types of people..

1) those who try to clear their conscious at your expense. (actually try to sell you on why whatever they did is different..like I give a sh*t)

2) just flat out ignorant types that base their opinion/way of life/reasoning..etc off (television, second hand information,ignorance..etc.) basically anybody that formulates a STRONG opinion about something and has ZERO base...they just follow the masses. Thinks dumba$$e$..think!

3) people who limit their minds. When you limit your mind, body and spirit..you limit everything. Try to learn as much as you can about everything, every culture. Open your mind to learn. When you learn you actually live. When you live you gain knowledge about EVERYTHING. Live life with no fear( be open). Don't ever live in your comfort zone...when you do that....you stop learning because you think you know it all or have enough. Life is about learning..period point blank...there is nothing else.

I base my entire existence off no.3. Live life with zero fear. Be open and be powerful like water. Water is one of the most powerful substances on earth because it can adjust to anything and everything and also destroy everything. In order to be like water you have to be open to learn, adjust, adapt..etc.

For example. my CEO wants me to be a certain way (agressive getting in folks ass) but he doesn't under stand the MAIN reason why I have the PULSE of the entire company as an IT Director is because I live by this simple philosophy...I adjust to all. I cater to all. I can adapt to ALL. they all follow me. ....Yet he lives off this philosophy that you have be a certain way to get things done.

He's wrong. They all love me and would do anything I say/request simply because I have their pulse and understand them. Meanwhile they just appease my CEO to shut him T/F up. lol

I ditched the security and steady paycheck of my day job of 15 years and took a leap of faith, so to speak and partnered with a good friend to begin doing the web design/development side of his graphic design biz. ( with a little project management on the side ) Best move I ever made.

I don't hate anyone, but I am annoyed by the following things:

1.) 40 and 50 yr old adolescents.
2.) People proficient in the fine art of "one-ups-manship".
3.) Guys that talk to each at the tops of their voices across the gym about the next weight they're gonna lift.
4.) "Repeaters": people that listen to your conversations and complete your sentences a half second after you finished speaking as though they already knew about everything you just explained.
5.) People that spell out their full agenda for a day when all you've asked is if they wanna get together for dinner that evening.
6.) Online topical experts on message boards fueled by the power of Google that have never read an actual book.
7.) People that feel that regular 9-5 work is somehow beneath them and/or feel they are above working for someone else yet complain that life is unfair to them and that they just can't catch a break.
8.) Trust fund babies and people that have inherited large sums of money that give you unsolicited advice on how to resolve your debt.
9.) Uneducated, unskilled, inexperienced, rebellious 20-somethings that go from recreational drug use and part-time employee status to VPs of their father's/grandfather's company that begin giving advice on investment portfolios, politics and managing a staff of people.

One ups...like the guy who says, "What's up BIG GUY?" Followed by a good ol' pat on the back.
It's then, when I usually slap them right on the back too, they get the fuck you vibe pretty quick.
How about, the guy who asks you, "So how was your day?" just to set up his mundane story about niece having a play, then buying a new dog, and how his aunt's bday is coming up.
