I'm pretty sure he could compete in the open and place in the top 10.  As a career choice is the 202 class a better move for him?

I think Kevin should give the open division a try.  If he would place poorly I can understand him choosing the 202 class instead where he is up against guys in his height/weight class, but I think he would do quite well in the open and should try it at a pro show to see what he thinks of it.
