True, if I really wanted to be able to do these things I might be able to do some of them in time, but I just prefer being built more like a pl. I still respect what these people do though. I know a few guys at my gym that practice this stuff and they tell me the same things, "c'mon big man, you could do this with us in time." Much like bullriding, I'm sure I could do that too, but I'd rather press the bull than ride it.....that's just me.
How is your BP, cholesterol? Things like that have to be taken in account when lookig like a PL. I think the best of both worlds can be accomplished
I remember one day, I was on the track and a National level (I was later told by someone else) sprinter was there. He tore thru the 200 m and the 400 like it was nothing. It blew my mind for someone to be that fast, consistantly. Dude was cut the hell up. But was built as well.
When you lighter and built the manueverability factor is off the meter, it's like a feeling akin to being Spiderman...try it one time and then bulk back up, if you don't like it. The other plus side is that you get that defined square jaw look.
