   The answer is simple and scientists have known this for a long time.  Caucasians are usually born with more slow twitch(Type I) muscle fiber.  African Americans have mostly fast twitch muscle fiber(Type II).  That's why they also run faster and appear more muscular.  Caucasians are biologically disadvantaged.
