100 gram protein shake, 4 cups of oats, 200g waxy maize
12 eggs(raw) 200 grams Frosted Flakes
24oz steak 3.5 cups brown rice
3 double cheeseburgers, apple pie, diet coke
18 oz chicken, 15 oz yams, 2 cups broccoli
80g whey, 8 tbsp peanut butter

About to start frying the French Fries in the Dutch Oven.  We are making about 8 lbs worth, Reserving a lot for a later second Fry, that way I can have French Fries in about a mintue of popping into 350 degree oil.

After Burgers and Fries I am going to Fry some Chicken probably on Tuesday.  In between I will make a few cakes or pies.

I will keep you updated.  I should start a food blog one of these days.

About to start frying the French Fries in the Dutch Oven.  We are making about 8 lbs worth, Reserving a lot for a later second Fry, that way I can have French Fries in about a mintue of popping into 350 degree oil.

6 oz salmon w spinnach 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
6 oz chicken w kale 6tbsp guacmole
6 oz turkey w collard greens 27g pecans

I would have made a Bialetti Cappucino but I did not feel like it.

Later on I will Deep Fry some French Fries in some Bacon Fat (I really need to get a Duck and render its fat since they are on sale) and Griddle a Smash Burger with a Ground Chuck and Short Rib blend that I grind, which replicates In N Out but with Steak and Shake`s technique but is MUCH MUCH better due to the salt crust and massive Caramelization I am able to achieve with meat to griddle contact.  Also, add Animal Sauce and Cheese.
Why don't you just buy a tub of rendered duck fat? 
I ate about 2 pounds of Birria with 8 corn tortillas
1 100 gram protein shake with 6 fish oil caps
1 16 oz ribeye steak cooked in a cast iron skillet in bacon grease with a cup of brown rice cooked in homeade chicken stock
1 tub of oatmeal cookie ben and jerries.
