3 more meals to call it a day, 1 of them  "junk"

Banana, Whey in skim milk, fishoil, White rice, chicken, carrots + broccoli, self-made hot sauce, Multivitamin tab, Magnum (ice cream);

I had a leftover pizza in the morning, then some expensive wine, then chinese buffet and a 100g protein shake.

3 slices raisin bread with butter. apple. 2 granola bar, one apple,yogurt, 50g protein shake,1 caffeine+calcium+multi vits pills, 3cups of water. meal 1:app.1000cals,75+g prot

For breakfast I had 2 pieces of peanutbutter on white toast (wholemeal bread is for hippies and fags)

Lunch was 2 microwaveable quarter pounders and a bottle of chocolate milk.

Currently working my way through a large bag of frazzles (corn based snacks that resemble bacon rashers)

yeah.. I always eat 3-4 meals a day..everyday I estimate the amount of cals and prot I eat. I always try to get atleast 3500cals and 250g of protein

100gr rice 150gr tuna, 300grams of some quark/fresh cheese with low fat and high protein (tastes like fruit yoghurt if you mix it with some juice)

You're trimming down to 120? ;D

2 Marion Cunningham "The Last Word on NutMeg" Muffins that I baked this morning and a Turtle Brownie.

That was breakfast.  Around 700-800 calories.

I would have made a Bialetti Cappucino but I did not feel like it.

Later on I will Deep Fry some French Fries in some Bacon Fat (I really need to get a Duck and render its fat since they are on sale) and Griddle a Smash Burger with a Ground Chuck and Short Rib blend that I grind, which replicates In N Out but with Steak and Shake`s technique but is MUCH MUCH better due to the salt crust and massive Caramelization I am able to achieve with meat to griddle contact.  Also, add Animal Sauce and Cheese.
