Might be a bit too rigorous for you, with all that bicep tearing shaking action....better invest in a bee swatter...save the other arm at least...!

LOL, muscletech was giving away the exact same type of shaker bottle at expo's like 8-9 years ago, with the grit stopper section, which was like a plastic screen and a top container where you could fit gear/pills

I still have a couple of them in my basement somewhere

Do I carry pills or small shit to the gym? no -  no need for the smart shaker
