1992 Mr. Olympia
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7X3L7WSSI think the real opportunity missed was how legitimate of a physique, a proessional physique, can a person build if they have the adequate sponsorship, thus time/food/supplementation is not an issue in terms of one not being able to afford it because you got a full time job. At the very least, i think with today's supplements, a guy could have built a 1970's-like physique. Of course, the problem is that you'd have a Mr. Olympia that was smaller than your average gym rat.
But then again, we don't have to wonder what could have happened if they chose to not drug test - because they did exactly that. Yates came in. Then Levrone, wheeler, Dillet and many other monsters. To me the 'sport' feels much more underground than when i was a teenager following it closely. Is it a case of me growing out of it and realizing the reality of it? Or is BB more popular today than ever?
