Oh brother Arnold was never 260lbs in the off season.  No fucking way.  If anything he was always smaller in the offseason.  Arnold was at his biggest weight wise when he first came to America at 18 years old.  He was easily 260 then.  But after that he was NEVER as "big" as he was when he was 18-19.  I have the old IronMan where he is on the cover.  He was huge.  BUt he was bloated too.  Id' say Arnold probably fluctuated 15 lbs so he was maybe 245 offseason.  None of those guys got that big in the offseason and most actually lost weight.

im pretty lean year round   5-9  210  ive won severl shows i honestly measure my arms at 18 1/2 flexed so arnold at 6-2 and 240lbs and the most genetically gifted person when it comes to arms ive ever seen, and being the greatest bodybuilder ever, besides probably coleman, yates and heath....can definately have 22 inch arms  easy!!!!!!  no doubt in my mind...

for example, before i posted this topic about arnolds arms, i made sure i posted a pic of a 15 and 18 inch arm for comparison.  the idea is to support the argument with at least some sort of logical evidence.

that's pretty much exactly what i said i never in my life claimed a 21 inch arm. even at their biggest i never thought they looked that big. i was merely (is that word ok for you?) giving perspective to the argument that Arnold may have had 22 inch arms.
