here is the bottom line......arthur jones.....aka.....the prick.....is the a hole who started this whole mess with stating that arnie's arms were taped at 19 and 3/4 inches......well.....as we all know......jones liked to stir the pot and create some controversy whenever possible......i am going to say that arnold had at least 20-21 inch arms.....when he was at his best.....circa 1973-74. just my opinion but i would say he was at his largest at that time......probably 255 pounds and definitely 20-21 inch arms......arnold still has some of the most impressive arms for any era......considering he didn't use any oil in his arms......and he was not using juice year round......the guys today use a lot more gear than arnold and company ever did back in the 70s. getting back to arthur......he was just trying to sell his heavy duty system and when arnold wouldn't endorse......aj did everything in his power to make light if arnie's physique and accomplishments........j ust my 2 cents.

at what point in time did jones measure? arnold went through so many weight gains and losses, those arms could have ranged from 17 1/2 to 21 at different times... look at some pics where he is really small (compared to his prime), and others where he's huge.

could've been 20 in contest shape, or a shade under, arnold was huge, but also a master of illusion, for example he didnt have great abs nor a small waist, but ALWAYS was aware of his midsection, and never relaxed it, always sucking it in, his lower abs were not great
also not many if any pics of arnold doing an abs pose...?

btw, what would franco's arms have been at their biggest? a shade under 18? very muscular and defined, but probably 18 max
