I thought it seemed pretty crazy to think that all pros use it as well.  But maybe the appearance of Nasser's arms and shoulders came from abuse, not use?  Derek Anthony was talking about synthol on his radio show and it seemed to me that it was more common than I previously thought.  Although maybe it's wrong to say that everyone uses it.
