are cooked egg whites any good to save for next day lunch?

for some reason, im really into eating cooked egg whites. i just had a nice piece of fish and egg whites for lunch. would i be able to cook this same meal, and put in a good container, and have it for lunch the next day. will the egg whites reheat and still taste ok?

Only if you plan to bake something with a Meringue or if you are going to make an Angel Food Cake.  Otherwise get rid of them and next time cook the entire egg.  No sense in wasting the best part, the yolk.

Oh fuck.  I just re-read that you "cooked" the egg whites and now want to save them.

There is NOTHING you can do with them.  Throw them outside for the animals.  My mistake, I thought you had some that were not cooked so you can`t use them in a Meringue or an Angel Food Cake obviously.

They are fine. 1,000's of broke bodybuilders have eaten 100,000's of day old egg whites.

True Alpha males don't eat cold cooked egg whites.



























They eat plain baked chicken breasts with brown rice directly off Tupperware and wash it down with water from their 2 gallon water bottles.
