There was a discussion of homosexuality and homosexual marriage on Finnish tv, and religion of course had a major part in the discussion, although church has little relevance anymore. Over 6000 left the church within the week when they weren't happy about the church's stance on the matter. Thank god if I may say so.

I hate to keep using the same talking points but what is this about all religions are the cause of all the deaths and turmoil. Again show me where you see a large number of christians getting together this day and age and starting any real trouble. You will have a couple of real lunatics here and there that will kill an abortion doctor once in awhile but that is really it. Islam is the religion to blame for all the b.s. The last major conflicts around the world for the last several decades were because they don't know how to act over in the middle east. They're barbarians hundreds of years behind times. And do you feel the world, society and culture is getting better? Are people more honest, respectful, considerate, even courteous than they were a few generations ago?

Compare TV and music just 50 years ago compared to today. Celebrities today compared to the 1950's. Even bodybuilding back in the IronAge compared to today. Your hair compared to a mere five years ago.

Things are falling apart in the Country because people are gettting less religous. Alll the bullshit you see on tv. The huge hip hop ifluence. Parents don't give a shit what their kids do anymore. This leads to the moral decay. High crime rates, abortions, drug use, single paretns ect.

I think its funny how all the obvious atheists dismiss anyone who doesn't believe in their example of how the earth/universe/humans came to be. And if you don't agree, you are automaticlly considered a bafoon or idiot. It reminds me of the Southpark episode where Cartman went way into the future and no one believed in a God, only in scientific fact. But they all were still fighting based on which version of science they believed that created the universe instead of todays religious bickering. Instead of saying "God Damn you", they said, "Science Damn you." Its amusing that the atheists worship science the same way a Christian/Muslim worships a higher power. And neither can really be proven more than the other, yet each is adament in their belief and dismisses the other entirely.

Maxx explain to us again about how the old and new testament are different because in the new testament the phrase "ends of the earth" was removed-- You know, because the authors of the new testament didn't want to look silly for being incorrect about the earth being flat. You also mentioned that this was proven to the authors of the new testament because of scientific research that was conducted at the time.
