Phil Heath at Dohertys Gym

I got to take a few shots of Phil yesterday at the Brunswick gym. To look like this 3 weeks after the Olympia is incredible. He obviously respects the fans enough to keep eating clean to to keep up the cardio.

He will be guest posing at the Victorian championships Saturday 16th, finals start at 2PM. Dallas Brooks Centre.

Phil is looking forward to meeting all the fans and genuinely loves hanging out with bodybuilding people.

GH Head  :o and you forgot to add the huge amount of drugs he is on to that list along with the eating and cardio.  ;)

2nd pic is ridiculous...you don't get arms like that from drugs alone, some site enhancement stuff must be going on

Bobby, Nasser seems to think every bodybuilder is doing it.  I don't want to sound naive so I'll just say that I'm not sure.  Derek Anthony also seems to talk like synthol is hugely common in the industry.  I think it's just that some bodybuilders go a bit overboard with it and get exposed.  It's probably a case of being harder to spot when properly used.  If Phil is using it, he does a really good job applying it.

You'll notice his watch has swapped wrists from left to right.

Thanks for the shots. Phil was robbed at the Olympia. The IFBB should be ashamed of itself and the judging system and judges need a complete overhaul.
