The good thing about all of this, is that you only have to do it once and then its ridiculously simple to maintain.  Just make sure you are eating whatever you want and not some crappy "diet" or "bodybuilder diet" food or you may get tired of it all.  No need to make it harder on yourself at all.  I think you will get there easily if you made it this far already.  The hard part I imagine is starting off because despite a good reduction, its hard to really tell visually what all is lost.  You will begin to see more and more visual change now and as time goes on. That alone should be motivation enough to continue.

to be blunt honest I actually really enjoy the "bodybuilder diet", I find my head is in a better spot when I eat like this. And ever couple days I have a "normal" meal but still stay under a certain calorie range

no shops at all--get 240 to check them, they are on a HUGE canvas---and I have absolutely ZERO issue doing the same pic on video so photoshopping isnt possible

I will cover all my bases to show these are unaltered pics

and if I was gonna photoshop it, I'd shop all the nasty patchy hair growth out of it

i actually just videod the exact shot for proof, probably got the love handles in there. Lemme figure out how to get avideo from this camera. Its borrowed and too complex for my old self
