Trust me, I've stayed at the Imperial Palace many times at $25 a night just to be close to the strip, but that's 8 years ago when I was there to party all night and chase whores. Man, I'm so lame, so no. When my wife and I go, we usually just do nice restaurants and do some shows. One of the things I like about Caesars is the forum shops and their restaurants. We went to a bar at the Cosmopolitan once, can't think of the name, but it was pretty cool. Tao at the Venetian was alright, but I'm almost a bit old for that. If you're going with a few people, and as long as it isn't a fight night, just get bottle service to get good seating and good service. If I was going in October, if probably spend a Sunday at the sports book watching football and betting on games.
