Well they are normal people as well of course but with just another obsession which won't make them happy in the end.

And if so, did you find them effective?

Saw the Rosie o'donnell show once. Appetite never recovered.

Dude, YOU're the one eating ONE meal per day to get 60kg. That's anorexic, you realize it?

eat one cheat bite/cookie, etc.

Ride the exercise bike 5 minutes.

Eat another oreo or handful of chips.

Ride the bike another 5 minutes.

By this point, you're probably going to say 'screw it' as your appetite will be gone.

Now subsitute the Oreos for almonds and you're set.

  Anyone here used appetite suppressants?

  Diethylpropion, ephedrine, phentermine, phenmetrazine, methylphenidate.

Not really except for ephedrine. Most of them actually make you fatter because they boost glucocorticoids which lowers insulin sensitivity and eat your muscles, which lowers your metabolic rate, and also because when the drugs wears off your hunger returns tripled because these drugs deplete brain serotonin.

I take Ephemerol prescribed by Dr. Cronenberg.
Works, though the headaches bug me.

LOL, repetition of false data seems to be the DK method. ;D
OK so I'll repeat myself too.

- One meal a day is absolutely no problem, people can get fat, thin, muscular, or ripped on one meal a day. Studies show no relevance of meal frequency for body composition or total weight.

- I don't eat this way because I'm obsessed but because it is convenient for me. When I want to gain strength, I usually eat more meals a day. The point is that it doesn't matter.

- I have stated multiple times what my stats are in my ripped pics (never said 60kg). I was about 66kg and I know it's not a weight to brag about. I was fighting with multiple injuries, as mentioned many times.

- In any case, even 60kg at my height is far away from anorexic, that's just silly.

I know you're trolling, but bullshit on this one.  Not one person on the planet has achieved their fitness goals on one meal a day.

I'm not trolling. Won't be very convenient for most people but theoretically, there is no reason why it shouldn't work. There are several intermittent fasting methods out there which do work very well.

Many other drugs are effective for weight loss. Psychostimulants, especially amphetamines, are some of the worst drugs for the weight loss.
