My grandmother is dieing.
« on: October 17, 2010, 02:57:54 PM »
Here goes my grandmother is 82 will probally die in the not to distance future. I don't think it's a tradegy or anything, she's live a long time. However She lived with me from 10-17. So I'm starting to think I might really miss her if she dies. I mean she's been in a home for 6 years. So I've gotten use to not seeing her very much. So if she dies will I be filled with regret?

I feel the same way...One has had Alzheimer's for 15 years and the other is not mentally stable anymore and I avoid them and I;m filled with guilt because I'm too much of a pussy to deal with it...Sad really.

Enjoy the present, do not worry about the future.

This is not the board to work out such thoughts.

Well the thing is my grandmother is extremly smart for here age. She's literally the most with it person in a seniors home of over 300. She raised me more than my parents did between 10-17. She's smart as can be, it's just I hate talking on phones and I'm too far away to visit.

I donno it's wierd I got no remorse for her if she dies, it's just I'm loosing a whole part of my life. When she passes.

Lol my grandmother had severe lung problems, has to be on a ventalator when she sleeps. It's her only health problem. From 2000-2004 I did way more for her than she did for me. It was a huge pain in the ass too. It was like our house was a nursing home etc. So when she went to the home their was a relief on our end. And she was better taken care of. I just accepted that she could die at any time and never thought about it.

For me after high school she stopped being a part of my life. I was too far away only seen her like twice a year. However now I'm starting to think about how much a part of my life she was before  2004. I don't get sad about her not being around in the future, I get said at how much she was around in the past.

I'm sure you can fit calling her into your busy schedule of flunking out of community college, masturbation, posting 10 hours a day, and eating bologna sandwiches.

Fuck that you can only lose your parents and grandparents, everyone else, you don't need besides siblings and children, and your wife, Just make sure you die first :D.

Anyhow are we all sick fucks, how can I only talk twice a year to someone that pretty much raised me. And she seems so foreign to me now even though she hasn't changed I'm the one that's changed.

Nobody gives a shit about your grandmother, and apparently you don't either by your actions of letting her stay in a home.

She is dying and you are worried about how YOU will feel.

You're a fuck-ing piece of scum

Hope this helps.

Our base instinct, as Humans, is always our most animalistic.  Animals (which we are) don't really know what "regret" is.

The notion of "regret" is probably something Humans picked up during the Renaissance or some other faggy time period

What i'm trying to say is that "regret" and "sorrow" are just "made up" and we are just animals who are emotionless and just want to fuck and eat

hopefully, that will make you feel better

but thatÄs not true and that seperates us from animals
