Fire Wade Phillips and just hire ANY coach who can get them to perform like a disciplined team.  Have the talent to be a 10-6 team, at least, but constantly kill themselves with stupid penalties, celebrating like jackasses, etc...  Is Tom Landry still alive?

yup we would switch places with the browns any day of the week but so would any team in the AFC south seeing as the AFC north is such a weaker division  ;)
