Author Topic: My main problem with the bikini and figure classes at national events. Too LONG! (Read 2312 times)

I confess, I like seeing a hot babe in skimpy swimsuit.
At this weekends NPC Nationals they had over 300 of 'em in the bikini and figure classes.
EVERY one of them was introduced and got to do a few poses during the night show FINALS.
It wasn't until 3hrs later than the first male BB hit the stage to pose.

I am a BODYBUILING fan and want to see mostly BODYBUILING when I attend a show.
For example, when I go to an NHL hockey game, I don't want to see 3 hrs of figure skaters before they drop the puck.
I don't understand why national bodybuilding contest can't be mostly about bodybuilding! wtf?

I am a bodybuilding fan, period. If I go to an MLB baseball game , I don't want to wait for 3hrs while some girls play softball

I agree Howard. Wait until male figure starts, you can sit through 300 bikini girls and another 100 male swimsuit models. It's ridiculous. If you're going to have so many competitors, at least hold it on a different night than the bodybuilding.

That is why I am only going to the male and female BODYBUILING prejudging at these big shows from now on and save my $$.
If the promoter wants to have 400 male and female bathing suit types BEFORE bodybuilding, they won't get my finals ticket money.
Now, I admit my NON ticket purchase won't make a dent, but it makes me feel better.

I love seeing the rink babes at hockey games , cheerleaders at football and and hot babes working the supplement booths.
I don't want "them" being the majority of time on stage at a major BB event.
Having a few minutes of them slutting it up, looking cute is fine, but 3 hrs is too damn much.

I agree... I went to a 2 day show and the first day was all fitness, figure, and bikini. I couldnt stand more than an hour. I feel the same about strip clubs. Sorry buddy none of these women are coming home with you... I can only take so much. Total frustation.

It is a simple matter of time and energy.
I go to a bodybuilding meet to see bodybuilders.
If they have a few minutes of hot bikini babes , then fine, but NOT 3hrs.

C'mon guys , think about the reverse.
If you were at a Vegas strip club , would you want to see pro bodybuilders posing next to the strippers for several hrs while you had to wait to get a lap dance

They could be playing musical chairs on stage for all I care. If they take 3 hrs to get the first actual male BB, then I why bother calling it a BB contest.
1. If I want a hot babe prancing around in a thong, I can go to an ATL strip club and get some up close service hehe.
It doesn't do much for me, seeing her from 50 ft or more away in a skimpy bikini or figure bathing suit.

2. I go to a bodybuilding contest to see mostly BB. For example, the rink girls at Thrashers games are hot and I like seeing them come out to sweep the ice in the lil skirts. BUT, I don't want to watch them play hockey for 3 hrs waiting for the NHL game
