He had a webcam perched on top of his laptop and was walking around recording and/or streaming the 'action' in the Hyatt lobby.

The flip phone video work was done mainly by the girl who was assisting him.  Turns out he does have a real website:

And according to one fellow schmoe, the guy has 'pretty good game', which I guess is a plus when it comes to pulling teenage girls.
