Perma bulkers do you have your SPANX?

I started going back to the gym last week doing just cardio to get used to going back to the gym not under the influence of MJ. Today, I did my first weight workout...Also, last week I started dieting as I've made adjustment to my goals and and wish to get to 190-195..I'm at 255. so 60-70lbs...Unfortunately for me, customs likes my gear more than me so I'll go natural until I figure that whole situation out which is fine...

Anywho my point is, as I continue to lose weight I want to look good in what I'm wearing and there's nothing better for fatasses like myself and Alex like Spanx...I bought one today for $58.00 :-X

I took it home and tried it on and I was beyond impressed...I don't have moobs so I wasn't worried about that but it pulled my waistline in dramatically and I was able to tuck my shirt in and wear a belt and look decent...As I continue to lose the weight it will look better and then when I'm where I want to be, I won't need it anymore till then, go with Spanx...

these disgusting hogs walk around these days thinkining that they could dress the same as skinny girls , in tights, and short dressses, and tight jeans.......when it just isnt the case

I got mine from Dillards...lol...Trust me it's only temporary until I get unfat....I was surprised it worked as well as it did...I don't have to walk around with my shirt untucked looking sloppy puffing my chest out further than my stomach to hide the shame...

The weight is my main priority now...I have a new focus on life now after being doped up on weed the last six months...

BUT, even with the excess adipose tissue, I still take pride in how I look when I'm in public...While a gimmick the product is actually impressive,..I heard about it months ago and they're avery big sellers right now (not too hard to believe considering how fat everyone is in America).

Like I said before a temporary solution.

I am 5'10 195lbs now..my goal is to get to down to [180ish] and not lose any strength, not that I am strong.

more power to Adonis and Wave to be able to do it without cardio. For me,  I love running it gives me a sense of accomplishment even more than lifting weights sometimes.

these shoes has changed my life! they are for people with flat fleet and ankles that roll while running


Adonis can be a douche but he does that purposely

What your gear got nabbed by customs  :-\ ??? Out of the dozens of times i've ordered gear for myself or friend never happened once. I thought you were gonna start this huge cycle. Sounds like your backing out. And why did you quit smoking weed you never explained that.

Same here man.  I've been running just about every day since i got ridiculed for buying a pair of vibram's five fingers.  I'm up to 4 miles a day now.
