an interview palumbo did said it best, to paraphrase closely is that kai is always loookin for the perfect words to hel him articulate it takes him so long which can be painful for viewers... his recent vids have been progress better...

someone mentioned him not doin the vid after o,,, in previous viods he talks about hte cons
of being pro cams onstage back stage, he had not moments for himself... obv with the work ethic and 4th place last yr which in reality was awesome debut not to mention in o histry.  he prob wantd some time to himself, after some of the gr8 vids he made and cool theory, it was something dif. his nxt task is prob makin a distinct apprnce at arnold, he aint takin it for granted like last yr.. heath made vst imprvments and theres prob a lot of ppol have heath winnn the arnold alreaady... kais still champ there... obv he was prob expecting to win the o... 1st things 1st tho...

  I respect Kai for the improvements he has made, but he should avoid these types of routines.  Probably the worst I have seen his gut too -- he has abs, but distention is out of control.

yeah abs are a lil let go... he does get a lot of guest posing so his routine much be workin for him... sides its either stay in shape for guest posn which u hav to hav in mind or stik to a program and train for the arnold then 0,, prob guest pose gonaa take bakseet so let go in stomach whrerver etc and focus on winn these nxt 2 shows
