Until you find the sole ancestor of both man and ape, the evolution of "man", not some bacteria, will always be disputed.
The big bang theory is also disputed because nothing has been proven that matter can exist by itself. Matter couldn't just appear. Where did it come from? If it was from a singularity, how did it form and from where did it come from? Hmmmm, sounds much like "where did God come from if he really exists?" Lets see some proof, not the opinions of a mute quadriplegic.
There's tons of evidence detailing the evolution of man and the man-like species. I don't necessarily see why it's of utmost importance for you to find the sole ancestor when the bigger picture is already there. For example just recently it was discovered that homo sapiens and neanderthals interbred at some point and we still carry a part of their genome, some of which gave us more brainpower. Pretty cool stuff.
The currently available evidence of evolution is more than enough to convince me that it is the best theory we've got and it explains nature to an astonishing degree. Shame that's not the case for you.
Matter didn't have to be created. As I said, the concept of time doesn't apply to singularities. There is no time in a singularity which means that you can't put a time frame on when it was created. It's always been there.
That's because you don't understand what the word "fear" means in the Bible.
Reverent Respect.
If a god did exist, especially the christian version, you would have everything to lose by not acknowledging him and his teachings. There's is no getting away from the fact that you do what you're told or suffer in eternity. And at the same time you're supposed to love and worship him. All sane humans are definitely afraid of that implied threat given that they have faith.
I'll ask the next child with bone cancer that I see to thank the lord for all that he has given to him/her.
