My folks are divorced and I quite happily lived with my mom in her large house for as long as I could.  (And she was happy to have me around.)  Saved tons of money.  Enabled me to travel extensively when I was single and buy a nice condo easily when I got married.  Had no trouble banging broads (at their places) when I was living with momsy.  They all thought that it was sweet that I was "looking after" my elderly mother.  (I found that chicks care more about whether or not you have a good profession than where you're currently living.)
