Can you imagine how awesome it must be squatting world record weights when you're not out on the field doing laps all day? This guy should enter every competition in the Olympics!

i doubt he is 221...5-10 ...i believe... i met Eli once in Hoboken NJ at a restaurant and he was alot taller than I imagined him to be and I myself am 5-10.

ha ha no joke they use an inclined foward squat machine...
and a vertical bench machine to bench..
in reality i would say he rocks a 400lbs squat and a 300 bench. (off-season)

I think this guy also has a change at making the New York Jets too..... BTW this has to be the worlds most deceiving machine in history, its just a joke to watch people load it up with plates and do rep after rep after rep with it

LT is a true 5-10 but no longer weighs 221. He entered the league at that weight, then dropped down to 214 right before the 2005-2006 season.(The best season of his career) He stayed at 214 until reporting spring camp this year at 207lbs to help regain his lateral agility. So far it's working well for him. However I must say that I can smell the b.s from off that link, so I won't even bother clicking it...
