Cyber Bullying, does Getbig help one to have a Thick Skin?

On that CBS today show this morning they had that "former model" black chick (the one with the receding hairline) who is sueing Google who owns YouTube for info on the person who is "cyber bullying" her. For yrs apparently this has gone on, she has been called a "whore" (OMG), vid clips of her in a "indepedent film"...I say oh well. But apparently it gets deeper, this "person" allegedly has shown up at places and such...so, she wants the person name...

Now, the first part, thanks to Ron's Getbig, I think this place has helped many of us develop a thick skin, some of these people cannot take being called names, and meltdown like hot fudge in the microwave...

I actually believe it has.  It has, for a fact, helped me change my attitude on here and in real life. As I stated on another thread, I aw the way fatpanda was being an idiot and ranting around and posting like a tool, and I realized that must be what I appear like when I post. Since then, I have calmed right the fuk down, on here and in life. It is his stupidity that in reality has led me to a complete turnaround in attitude.

GetBig has definitely given me a thicker skin, and it has rewarded me in the workplace.  I recently had a performance review with which I disagreed.  Instead of meekly signing off on it, returning to my desk in shame, and sulking for the rest of the week, the following discussion took place:

Boss Lady:  Andy, you are still not maximizing production like we want you to.  Your quality is also slipping.
Me:  hahahahahaha  Oh, brother...epic sagging boobs and face that needs a good ironing.
Boss Lady:  I am your supervisor!
Me:  hahahahahaha  Meltdown
Boss Lady:  You sound like someone that wants to get written up.
Me:  You look like someone who wears pink assless chaps to church just so someone will give you a second look.  Brutal self-ownage; you won't recover.

I still won't be getting a raise, but at least someone besides me cried at the office that day.

I agree with you for the most part. BUT, bullying isn't like when I was a kid, and I know your much younger but even when you were a kid. The internet brings it to a whole other level, i.e. youtube, my space, facebook, et al.

Truth be told, it's not that I got thicker skin. I always had thick skin. It's that I realize you fucks got no bite. Your all talk and would never ever do anything based on the bullshit you fags get on with. So I feel pretty much invincible not only is my skin so thick I'm bullitproof, I've realized that most dudes are insecure fags, with no internal direction just hoping on the trends of others.
