I think it's funny that they don't mention that his fight with GSP will be a rematch, they also don't mention that he was owned beyond recognition in the wrestling department by GSP.

yeah I've noticed that same thing. There is no mention of it at all. Plus, it's not like Kos was even competitive in that fight. He was used as a mop by GSP that night. He (kos) acts as if that fight was like 5 years ago or something and he's waaay more advanced now. I feel he'll get an even worser beating second time around that will more than likely make him rethink his career at that weight class.

GSP is overrated. I've said that before.. nothing new from me. His fights drag out to the 5th round. To me, you need to finish your opponent to be called the best of the best.

That being said, he does dominate..

I do think this time around Kos will win.

I'd like to see him finish more, but I get the whole champion deal. They need to bring the fight to him and take his belt. Boxing trainer Emanuel Steward says it's best, this is what you've been fighting for the entire time..to get the belt..you should go in with the mentality that you are going to take it..that this is mine...give it to me...etc. Even at the cost of getting knocked out yourself. I agree.

I don't get the guys that get in there posturing up being tactical vs GSP who is basically willing to oblige and win the fight going 5. The guy that goes in there and pushes him, gets nasty and is willing to give it his all even at the risk of getting KO will beat him. I don't see Kos being that guy to push him and actually "beat" him convincingly.

who comes to mind out there? b/c I myself would like to see GSP "pushed" to see just how much he's willing to go through in an absolute war. A war like Jackson vs Griffin. I felt those guys gave it their all for that belt. Another is that guy that is owning BJ Penn...that guy didn't stand around in aw of Penn..he went in there and TOOK that belt from him and defended it to make it understood he was the man and it wasn't no fluke.

I've just seem so much improvement in Koz' standup since the first fight. The way he was striking against Rumble was awesome.. and then the Daley owning. SHould be a really good fight if Koz can come in and attack GSP.

Kos did a good job with Rumble...I forgot about that fight. Was there controversy there with eye or something? Which fight am I thinking about? I remember Kos grabbing his eye or something.

That was when he pretended to get poked in the eye so he could get a breather. Similar to what he did against Paul Daley where he pulled off an Oscar worthy performance pretending he got kneed in the face while he was down. It's one of the 400 reasons that I hate Koschecks guts.

Yes, Koz poked Rumble in the eye on accident ..

as for the knee to the head thing with Daley, that was beaten around on this forum for weeks after, and i thought someone posted the video of the scene where the knee DID land. I could be wrong.

There were two different views.. one showing, or at least looking like the knee totally missed. And then another view where the other knee was the culprit. I think weightpusher posted it. It's all moot at this point.

I kinda like how he is really riling up the Canadian fans etc ... makes me laugh.

I LOVED how he pissed them off last year with the Canadiens v. Penguins games.

I'm probably the only one on here pulling for him.
