I would probably have to vote myself if it was 15 years ago. Since then though, when I started weightlifting, no way would it be me! Don't get me wrong - I am very fit - but I can't run a mile fast these days with the size I have.

I honestlly could NOT break an 8 min mile right now. I would say that about 8:05 would my speed right now at 240lbs.
I run 3 miles at just under 10 min per mile pace now. I am just being honest, sad to say.

My best time in high school was 5:05...I was 80 pounds lighter... :-X
I wasn't long distance guy...I was a sprinter (surprise a fast negro ::) ;D)...best 40 was 4.4...Dave and I went back and forth on this as he thought I was lying...I wasn't  I was fast so fucking what I didn't do anything with it...so much that did.

My best time was 5:30 even. Crazy part is I ran it on the beach, barefoot. It was for a lifeguard competition. I felt like I was going to die after wards. I haven't timed myself in a 1 mile run since (that was 9 years ago...26 now).
