20min of exercise a day is all one needs

a mile can be run in under 7-8minutes, 6 if fit, 5 if insanely fit
and pushups nonstop for max # in rest fo 20min would cause overlaod few pro athelrets could deal with

Best gimmick in a while ;D

Before steroids, daily TRAINING was common. The intensity is varied from day to day, depending on workload and rest. As Earl Liederman said " He had literally worked himself out." Going at 100% everyday kills progress.
