What they do in training, every day, multiple times a day, would blow away every single guy competing at the Olympia, in terms of power, intensity, and strength - trust me on that.

They also do lots of back squats in training, not to mention that their legsl get stimulated in almost every lift they do - pulls, shrugs, cleans, jerks, snatches, overhead squats, etc.

When you look at the total volume of work, it's quite high. 3-4 hours of training broken up into 2-3 daily sessions, starting from their middle teens, so you're looking at 10 plus years of training, plus anabolics, plus genetic eliteness there. Also, as mentioned, almost every lift is done from a standing or squatting position.

He's a 77kg lifter-
