I wass in my brothers wedding and 90% of everyone there was a cop.  I mean there was at least 200+ cops there.  I sat down with a bunch of them and they were telling me satories about my brother.  His nicknames are Dinosaur and Robocop.  He is 6'6" and weighs about 290 to 300.  His playing weight in college was 330.  Anyway they told me about some instances where the guy would jus tnot give up or was an asshole.  They would get on the rsadio and reuqest Robocop.  They were telling me a few instances where my brother would show up and they guys would just fall to the ground with their hands behind there back ready to go.  My brother would just walk towards them.  he is very menacing in person.  If there are any California cops on here they woudl know my brother.  He reitres in Nov. after 30 years.  Since he inherited most of our parents estate and his wife works as an RN and he has that financial savvy like my mom he is sitting pretty good.  He is only 55.  All he is going to do is travel around the world and play golf.  He played golf in 30 countries so far my sister told me.  He is asshole other than that though.

Yes it was.  I was asking the OnlyMe account a few years back about his gym that was going to be the next biggest thing and I get a PM from this NoWorries explaining everything about the business and how much I would need down and all that.  I confronted him about the gimmick and he said it wasn't him.  Then when his OnlyMe account was in timeout he used NoWorries.  If he lies about little things like that there is no telling what he has lied about.  I still like that fat bastard though.  He is great entertainment.

I am 6'2" and weighs 235 at 31 years old.  I have trained since I was a freshman in High school.  Very hard after I left school.  I just benched last month 455.  I squat a little over 500.  But I can do 405 for 6 good reps.  I don't deadlift.  I do at least an hour of cardio regardless if I train.  I swim almost everyday.  I ride my to the gym most of time.  I do not diet at all.  I eat allot of fast food.  BK is my favorite and Taco Bell.  I don't drink anything but water and sometime lowfat milk.  I have abs.  I wear size 34 levi's 501's.  I hope I never have to diet to stay lean.  I drink 3 protein shakes a day too.  Just Metrx.  Always had Metrx and nothing else.

Really no matter how you word it, Onlyme is right about the tax issues and the IFBB.  It will be interesting to see if anything develops.

Keith does Shawn know what you have done in the past. Sure doesn't sound like it.  I think he should do some research before calling someone out.
