Won the GCC contest on 15th Oct and Asian contest Over all winner on 20th Oct. in 2 weeks the Worlds championship and then GOOOOOOOOOOOOO to "202s" show as a PRO BODYBUILDER

cant burn all my Cards bro!! for the GCC show i was 85-90% from my top condition....Asian show i was 90% from my top condition.... world show i will be 110%

You would look better with your arms not so high and wide in the 'relaxed' pose. Your arms are large so let them hang and show how thick they are. Will make you look thicker and bigger.

My wieght was 210 and my hight is 5.7
My next show which is the world championship I will be 202 to look sharper and harder. That's will be my last show as amateur ;-)

Most of you guys on this board had this guy quitting or giving up. well keep hating him cause the more you do the more it fuels him to win. i know this guy personally and I'm telling you right now he will not quitter. i saw for years people try to put him down and they did not succeed. congrats SAM on both your wins. we hope to c u in the ifbb 202 where u will do some major damage.

You look amazing. Serious pro material there, expecially as you still have a narrow waist (don't spoil it like the other pros do!). Really excellent size, symmetry, proportions, and great definition.
