whats the sense of bein 300lb when you hav what looks like 18-19" arms

whats bizarre about trey his how he hopped on steroids, and made ridiculous silly gains, and blew up like a mutant all in the course of a year or two

then after that.........all progress stopped, no matter what he did, or how much he took

and now, he cant even get back to where he was ..........all in the course of a couple of years

Dudes at my gym walk around like they are so much better than the obese person who may be in there for the first time. Just because you roid up and drink your protein shake in a shaker doesn't make you any better.

The both of you are fat...at least hte other one recognizes it and is trying to change without delusions of grandeur!
