I agree for sure. These days when I work muscle groups I just keep blasting them for like an hour and a half until I get tired. It works a hell of a lot better then those 40 minutes workouts I used to do.
VOLUME all day.

the most "popular" of course, is the silly excercise balls used in everything from curls to squatting on. Utter waste of time and gayness. Not to mention the "chop saw" routine on the low-pulley. Thank you Getbiggers, for not following the trends.

the only way to gain muscle is to train 5/6 days a week??...utter bullshit mate, that's so laughably untrue it hurts. A heavy three day split with good protein based diet is more than enough to put on a serious amount of mass if you're willing to bust your balls.

Ten years ago everybody was all about HIT. Lifting 2 or 3 times per week with super low volume. On getbig back then most of the guys lifted like that. Is this still the most popular? I've never been a fan of it myself. I've never seen the point of oing super low-volume.
