Big muscles are factually fatigued from training = not 4 fighting

this is why big bodybuilder types are not as impressive as in fights as you would think

why else would these big guys fail

just like when you do alot of lateral raises your sholders get massive but then on the flipside are fatigued , its not like your getting stronger as you become more pumped up

I saw a fight with strong man Mariusz Pudzianowski, he quickly turned purple, and lost.

huhuhuhu the joke is that you dont understand the simple concept in that the bigger the muscle gets by each repetition the weaker it gets

brock probably trained his ass off leading up to the fight=bigger more pumped muscles but also highly fatigued
