So, falcon...sigh...are you telling me that when i have a seizure that i should kill myself or give up on life? Do you feel that i should stay in my house and not try to enhance my life by doing positive things?  :-\ :-\  Should i give up??
someone that i cared for i thought was dead thus i felt i wanted to be dead too at the time
but you could give up on working out, just save your energy to work and make money to feed yourself to survive on this planet. Youll find that by quitting training you can get away with sleeping a couple hours less in my experience.

He man= yes i had a physical in a fasted state, nothing abnormal showed up, im sure ill need to see a specialist instead

today i had kale pancakes, used minimal flour topped with pear perserves , a very good pancake!

im wondering who had the bright idea of going with wheat flour instead of ground kale and not using that for flour instead. you really cant tell the difference

failcan, you have mentioned your heart problems, but could you clarify please?  from what you have posted in the past, it seems you felt like you had some cardiac episodes and deduced on your own that you may have heart issues without consulting with a physician.  have you actually had these concerns addressed by a physician, or are you just diagnosing yourself?  if you haven't seen an actual doctor, maybe you should go and have some tests done... maybe you don't actually have the serious issues that you are worried about.

like if im laying down on the bed or on my side, my heart will all of a sudden forceablly beat harder and faster. sometimes this happens when standing around doing stuff but less likely standing.

yes my doctor couldnt tell me shit

i would have to have an electro cardio gram connected to me at the moment of the cardiac episode for a definative answer

Mr Falcon whats your take on Vitamin C? Dr Linus Pauling says its a cure all he lived to into his 90's as I recall. My grandfather lived to be 100 yrs old he had a high Vitamin C instake via potatoes and cabbage daily from the garden.

look at this bro

Two-time Nobel Prize winner Dr. Linus Pauling estimated that the rate of heart disease would be reduced by 80 per cent if adults in the US supplemented with 2,000 to 3,000 mg of vitamin C each day. According to Dr. Pauling, "Since vitamin C deficiency is the common cause of human heart disease, vitamin C supplementation is the universal treatment for this disease."[1] Heart disease is the number one killer in the US. For those with existing heart disease Dr. Pauling said that blockage of heart arteries could actually be reversed by supplementing with 6,000 of vitamin C and 6,000 of lysine (a common amino acid) taken in divided doses throughout the day. Vitamin C supplementation both lowers serum cholesterol levels and repairs lesions of arterial walls. 1998 Nobel Prize winner Dr. Louis J. Ignarro found that supplementing with vitamin C and vitamin E significantly reduces the risk of developing arteriosclerosis.[2]

for the lysine i just drink a ton of whole milk and cereal icecream . right now im having french toast with agave syrup with a glass of milk yum..i think even with my vegetarian diet i still need supplemental vitamin c to deal with todays toxins

orange juice has well below therapeutic dosages (high dosages) of vitamin c

what linus pauling is saying is you need mega doses of vitamin c

the rda values of C are highly substandard

Are you tall compared to your family, apparently there are a couple of heart problems related to being large.
