Palumbo was definetely one of the guys who was on heavy pre-contest drugs year round (Tren, Winstrol, GH). Guys who look watery and fat like Brewer or Coleman are probably the ones who ease up on the gear Off-Season. Palumbo went balls to the walls year round.

cant lift his arms above his shoulders, ive heard he has pain just walking, and forced to lower dosages due to health problems latley (accordingly to a source dont kill the messenger)
So I dont think he wakes up in the morning feeling like your average 40 yr old. I think hes in pain 24/7

Brewer and Coleman at their fattest and heaviest weren't on any light stacks and the GH and tren intake wasn't lacking either. :D

But sure, I'm sure Nasser was right in saying Palumbo was consuming enormous amounts of thyroid, along with narcotics etc. The off-season diet does matter to an extent also.  :D

I wouldn't doubt it...No one gets to that size and that level of conditioning year around without doing alot of something not natural.

Dave "anything over 2iu of GH is a waste" Palumbo. Compare to Kai's rumored 30-40iu a day.  :D

Dave claims his heaviest T dose was like 1200mg.  ::) Kai is probably doing that in a day.  :D

Dude, I think on a proper amount of GH and Tren it's literally impossible to get as fat as Brewer or Coleman do Off-Season. What the hell would they eat, 20000 kcal of junk?

Palumbo would NEVER confress to Everything he used. no way in hell. He might recommend that now, because he knew wtf he did wrong.
But no way in hell would he confess to everything. Too embarrassing imo.

Well, you don't think Ronnie and Trey were doing GH in the off-season? Why the hell not? There's really no reason I can see. They all do it year round. Trenbolone, well, I very much doubt it's never done in the off-season.  ;)

Trey got pretty fat but Ronnie was never fat.

Of course.  :D

That's not fat, that's water.

So on Trey it's fat when he looks like shit in the Off-season, on Coleman it's water. How can you guys tell the difference?

Trey had both...He was no where near the conditioning of Coleman...When you can see striations, separation and veins, it's water...When you can't see shit like Brewer, it's fat and water...
