yeah good question...terrible form and didnt even look like he was doing a full deadlift...lots of shouting and looking like a dick.

He was all over the place with those rack pulls. Maybe did those for the first time?

So on Trey it's fat when he looks like shit in the Off-season, on Coleman it's water. How can you guys tell the difference?

It's not just water, compared to contest day, but he's still VERY lean. If you saw him in the gym training in that condition you'd say he was ripped.

I was never impressed with the Iron Bull's lifts, only impressed thar he never injured himself while being filmed.
It goes like this for him, pick a weigt too heavy to do full reps with, but enough to use momentum (pulling movements), yell, scream, jerk and or use a small ROM, yell scream some more to mask the fact that you ROM is smaller than the length of your pinky...yell, scream some more...
Have others cheer you on, yell some more. Have bbing and strength writers write up stories about you...Legend is born.

It would be funny to have seen Him as Ronnie's training partner, in the Unbelievable video...or have him as Shawn Ray's training partner..."This is the Weider Cheat Principle...I don't endorse it, you'll never see me doing it."

yeah,, im sure that training style has a time and place but thats how he works all the time... surprised he hasnt injured either... but sure his gains prob been affected,,, arms dont look so great...
heres some visual proof...
dave looks like hes moving the weight with control,,, those dl's the other guy lookd like he was trying to get bounce like a basketball for more reps/help...
dave looks good,, other guy not so much, espec not close to dave,,, maybe he outa think about tryin it daves way more,,, may get better development... pull downs lookd awful too... im all for loose form,, espec for pros bc they have that mind mscle link and sling n strectch so it looks loose and short rom's bc pros are bigger than nrml guys so it looks dif,,, and they keep constant tension on mscl too,,, it doesnt seem that this guy is doing anything even close to that,,, just looks not good at all lol
surprised by dave,,, when was this??? looks more recent than 97 tho...

Palumbo and the Bull both look as ugly as an 80 year old man's butthole these days.

Palumbo would NEVER confress to Everything he used. no way in hell. He might recommend that now, because he knew wtf he did wrong.
But no way in hell would he confess to everything. Too embarrassing imo.

yeah, I think most 'gurus' public drug recommendations are mostly what they think can be taken, while remaining fairly healthy...

Dave "anything over 2iu of GH is a waste" Palumbo. Compare to Kai's rumored 30-40iu a day.  :D

Dave claims his heaviest T dose was like 1200mg.  ::) Kai is probably doing that in a day.  :D

i implore you to not be this naive :( :(

as a guy with a business, and followers on the internet

of course he cant tell people the REALITY

which was that he took as much, or more gear then any other bodybuilder on the scene

it irresponsible to tell asshole kids on your forum to start bangin' 36 units of somatropin, 4 grams of testoviron, 1 1/2 grams of bathtub tren ace, and insulin with EVERY meal

................but that would pretty much give you a idea of of the kind og shit he would be doing

its no mystery why he would walk around 300lbs @ 5% all year

well im not an expert, but im a competitor...the difference between water and fat is very hard to tell....only experienced eyes (aceto for example) can figure it out. imo though water tends to make the skin more "shinny" more like its "swolen" y know what i mean, but thats just me. On the other hand fat....well its fat, just look at fatpanda.

Ronnie was NEVER above 8%-10%

ROFL!!!! Dave actually trains with proper form while that other idiot is using ALL momentum and 1" range of motion, hahahaha

as much as I hate Dave , he looked like a f*cking beast in this video, he actually looked worthy of a pro card in this vid..

Maybe he feels breathing is overrated?
