try and curl 30 pounds more then you weigh in that form or in Any form. you have to swing a little bit its called Gravity.

thats a decent curling form on any weight.

Here is the thing, I understand cheat curls, but if a person is strong in the arms to actually control the weight, which he isn't then I give props...he was curl-pressing, that shit is purely ego, so that he can brag, yeah I can curl 195...when I think of curling, I think of a controlled movement, one that follows a smooth curved arc of movement. Not some swing, curve, then a press (straight) up. WTF is that shit? That's why his arms are stringy, because he doesn't really perform reps or lift the weight to actuate the muscle fibers...

I dont think the comp was "Who can curl the slowest" but who can curl it up without cheating to much" :) and he did an Amazing job of that

and he looks great for his weight =)

obviously cheats ALOT.

But Also obviously a strooong fucker in the real lifts.

I agree, and if I did that weight, I wouldn't want a disclaimer about weight.  Have always hated that.  Always found it funny that some sports incorporate weight limits, ie: boxing, MMA now and weightlifting....  can you imagine if other sports put limits on size/weight?  NBA for 6ft players, NFL players divided by weight classes...haha

you dont understand thats its more impressive for a 160pound guy to lift 500 pounds then a 300 pound guy? OFC it should be mentioned. And every single  weightlifing comp in history have had weightlimits. you wanna change history buddy?  ;D

And you dont understand thats its not especially smart for a 150 pound fighter to fight a 300 pound fighter? and you compare something which involves trying to beat the Shit out of each other to  ...playing basketball?

you're arguments are pretty ... well.. retarded  ;D

Says the wee-little guy.....lol...... Gracie didn't have a problem in the old UFC with 300lb plus guys....why do the mma guys today?    And my main comparison was weighlifting vs. basketball, football,etc...  in all those sports you aren't given special treatment for being smaller, so why in weightlifting?

I know why its done of course, so the little guys can compete which increases the number of participants and makes them feel good about themselves..... ;D

that because he fought guys that didnt know wtf they were doing lol. Todays top level fighting is Alot different.

what do you mean special treatment? they get the exact same tratment? you compete with poeple your won weightclass and then you figure out whos the strongest guy is..

you dont think its more impressive for someone to lift 3x therr bw then 1.5x?

If I may chime in...not automatically. Depends on the bodyweights of the individuals.
