Because I`m not austistic  and care about the well being of others, especially when we share a border. Add to that it`s the best way to learn about politics is to see what other countries do, although that might be lost on americans.

But of course I`m completely ignorant even though I watch the same television, frequent same websites, speak the same language, live the same lifestyle, yet all this is meaningless because my country ain`t contracting it`s GDP at the moment.
