Bench pressing after shoulder injury
« on: October 27, 2010, 12:00:49 PM »
Haven't benched in about 4 months due to bad shoulder injury just been doing dumbell presses
benched and it went like this
135 - 20 reps warm up (2 sets)
225 - 15 reps
315 - 12 reps
405 - 3 reps

incline press
225- 12 reps
315 - 6 reps
315 - 8 reps

not bad for having a bad shoulder
choice is an illusion

You claimed to be benching 405 for "reps" 2 years ago, but before you injury a year and 8 months later you can  only max 425..Something doesn't ad up.

Ahhh, the ole dreaded JV-football knee blowout......it's taken its toll on would-be lifters for years.

I believe you're strong but I also believe you're one of those people that can't tell a story without adding a little b.s to it.

And usually what happens is those people can't keep up with their lies.............Like yourself ;)
