Careful SgtSpar, Lucos is a model, pro fighter, football player among other things and only eats one meal a day cause his genetics are just that good. ::)

Funny how after a bad shoulder injury he can rep out what he maxed out with a year ago healthy.

This guy is so full of shit!

Correction SS.....he would've gone pro in football, but that nasty ACL/MCL tear in 8th grade ended the dream.....PIP

Good lift man   :)
do you do dumbell presses too

since I fucked my shoulders I do mostly machines presses, can't do any dumbell movement cause it hurts my shoulders just to get in the starting position

405 weighing 185 is fucking strong...and even more so if you're coming back from injury.

You a natty or not? cos your lift is big but your weight isnt. Bit hard to pin you down.

The guy in that video doesn't weight 185, unless you are the guy spotting.  And in the vid you struggled with 405 for one....something doesn't add up...

Lotta hate here on Mesomorph...Some people just don't believe other people are naturally strong as fuck...Good job morph.

Before I ever even juiced my I was already repping 315 on bench and squatting over 450 for reps....Some people have it naturally and some don't.

how dare I struggle with 405 shameful
that was my final set
I did 4 sets before that
2 sets of 135 for 20
225 for 15
315 for 10
and that wasn't a good bench day for me but I had the camera so I still filmed and posted it here

well obviously the video is from some time ago.
why is it too hard to contemplate that if u train hard, you get stronger?!

Here's the problem with that Kojak.....if that video was taken some time ago with him weighing, I would guess 225 or so, and doing 405....yet now he is 185 doing the 405 for 3.....after a shoulder injury.....yeah, nothing too hard to contemplate there... ::)

No question this guy is strong, so why exaggerate?  I've been in gyms for years and you see these types all the time.....why not just be honest, as your lifts are solid?

Wiggs, you don't see how those numbers don't add up?  405 for one at 225lbs and now 405 for 3 at 185?  I thought you were smarter than that, or is it because he's a brotha and you stickin' together?  ;)

Not saying it's not possible, but no, it really doesn't add up.

Ok I'm not 185 I'm 220
that vid was shot a yr and a half ago not my best chest session yes we all have those sessions
over the years I've cut back bench ima a dumbell guy I bench rarely and dumbell press a lot more today after not benching in four months I benched 405 for 3 reps
I don't care who wants to disbelieve me
@ Coach didn't you you say you benched over 550 at a bodyweight under 200
not once did I call bullshit on that claim
you people on here make me laugh.

So you calculated what my max bench should be based on a vid I posted of a random chest session
and an injury
some of u guys are such jealous losers gawd
sad  :-\

How many guys here back up lifts with video....Not many.   Props meso on staying clean while hitting crazy heavy lifts!

I Went to dumbells for a month on chest, went to 150lbs dbs for awhile and came back stronger on bench too.  Years ago i did a slow rep with 525lbs on bench but no one needs to believe it.......I know it and some others saw it too.

Progress happens when you challenge yourself.

What's the nature of the injury?  Great lifts but it sounds kind of irresponsible to be going that heavy and not taking the time to see how you tolerate the movement if you know you're injured.  If you do yourself in bad enough you won't even be able to lift your arm.  Be careful.

I think mesomorph is actually among the few who practise what they preach with training, awesome strength. Looks really good too, must be hitting A+ pussy 8 days a week too.
