Coach, I'll be glad to contact a guy I know who has quite a few of the older mags to see if he has that one.  You might know, or have heard of him, his name is Jack King and lives in Winston-Salem, NC.  His gym was the best gym I have ever been to.....just old-school and awesome....and he had a huge collection of older mags he would bring in to show me stuff sometimes.
