The hunted deer is way better than the farm raised stuff - think about how different their live and death is.

it's true, at least a deer get the chance to raise a family and live free before death, the hunting follows the natural cycle somewhat

 while most animals in meat factories live a hellish life

Unless you're a full blown vegan you have no right to criticize anyone for deer hunting. If you find it morally wrong, fine, that's your deal but unless you're a vegan you really have no room to speak.

As someone who has hunted since he was a kid, as someone who grew up on a farm, as in an actual farm, I can assure you, shooting a deer is a lot cleaner than any of the meat you buy at your grocery store..."cleaner" meaning, the manner in-which it was killed. If you have no problem eating grocery store meat, you should have no problem with hunting.

A side note: glad to know real people still exist in the world like the Warren's...I was beginning to think we were being surrounded by the Jersey Shore.

I used to hunt and I have no problem with the act of shooting an animal for consumption.  It's the fact that these jackasses pose with the dead animals antlers as if riding a 4-wheeler into the woods and shooting a harmless animal from 300 yards in a heated tree stand with a scoped rifle is some kind of accomplishment.  It's a joke.



If you want to hunt then hunt, but don't be taking pictures and showing off like you accomplished something.

My view is that it is too late for America to outlaw guns.  If I lived there, I'd own one, but I'm against making gun ownership easy for any bozo who wants one in countries where you don't need one to defend yourself (any first world country except for America).  Also, if I could push a button and do away with all the guns in America, I'd do it and it would save shitloads of lives.  The reality, however, is that you're at a severe disadvantage in America without one and no amount of anti gun legislation is going to change that at this point.  It's sad but it is what it is.

As for animals, I'll agree that they don't feel dread or angst because I don't think they have the capacity to understand what the future holds, but they definitely feel physical pain.

There's programs out there that process the animal and give the packaged meat to homeless shelters and needy folks as meat seems to be in low supply in most homeless shelters. My family donates at least a dozen sets of shoulders and hams to our local church food bank that does this also. Farmers and hunters feeding the hungary (fhfh.org)  is a large program that does this.

While you liberal homos complain about hunting, hunters are actually helping their fellow man out by trying to give back and help other people out.

 The problem with hunting wild animals is that it fucks up the ecosystem usually.

 Unless there happens to be an abundance of the animal in the area, and hunting that animal will bring the ecosystem back into balance. But this is usually not the case.
