He is currently hibernating at 60% VO2 max to burn fat. Studies say this is the best way to preserve muscle mass. He'll be back in the spring.

LOL, i don't think he could afford a gym membership.

And even if he came back 70lbs lighter, he'd still be fat, he needs to lose 100lbs and then he will have loads of flabby skin. I think suicide is the best alternative for him to be ripped by february.

Dude has no muscle at all, he will be 140 to be "ripped", which will never happen because of the excess skin.

If he really wanted to diet down, he should do it over 2 years, very slowly, adding muscle and losing fat in smaller bulk/cut cycles. He will look like shit in February.

he got extremely pissed that nobody was surprised about his real self because, rreally, we all knew what he was
