I think the 2 on 1 off is a good way to make a change .. when you're at a point where things are slowing down .. you should do something different to get it all going again .. you are shaping up great .. I knew it wasn't gonna take much for you to get in good shape .. cutting your calories is the biggest hurdle .. but I know you can put your mind to it
